Warm paths
- Past clients with a new project or a second phase
- Proposals that stalled, not lost
- Partners and contacts one intro away
The one after that doesn't know you yet. For B2B businesses that still grow by referral, we go after both. In 90 days: meetings with decision-makers and quote requests.
Target agreed in writing. If we miss it: up to 60 more days, no management fee.
A partner who knows the buyer. A proposal from 2023 that lost on timing. A client who moved to a bigger company. The credibility you've earned over the years.
All of it lives in the founder's head, in email threads, in old quotes and in a CRM nobody updates. So nobody follows up, and growth waits for the next referral.
You choose what we see: folders, proposals, a CRM export. We turn it into a ranked list of who to approach first, our team reviews it, and you approve what goes out in your name.
We start with the people who already know you, because that's fastest. Then we go after the ones who don't.

Pick your kind of business and where to start. You'll see a sample of the Opportunity Map we build before launch.
Your real map is built from your own sources, against the target agreed in the Roadmap.
Book a 30-minute callStep five feeds step one, so each cycle starts with what the last one learned.
Find the relationships, old proposals and past clients already inside the business.
Pick the accounts worth pursuing, including new ones, and the person who decides at each.
Launch the one method the Roadmap picks: warm intros, outreach, partners, ads or search.
Follow up until each conversation turns into a meeting, a quote request or a clear no.
Learn what worked, sharpen targets and messages, then go back to Extract.
First we agree where the best opportunities are and what's worth doing. Then you decide whether to hire us for the 90 days.

Your Roadmap, in writing: what's blocking new business, the accounts worth pursuing, the one method to run, the gaps to fix and a 90-day plan in priority order. It also sets the target number and what counts as a Qualified Opportunity.

We map who to approach, fix the credibility gaps the method needs, build the method and the pipeline, launch it, run the follow-up for 90 days, and hand you a plan for what to scale.

After day 90, we keep the method, the AI and the automation running and improving every month, so the follow-up doesn't stop when the founder gets busy.
A month into the 90 days, this is the Loop Dashboard: where opportunities come from, which accounts are mapped, which conversations are moving. We run one for every client.
Five milestones to day 90, and an optional sixth after it.
Decide where your next clients should come from, before you commit to the full build.
Get what the business already knows out of heads, inboxes and old files, and into one map of who to approach, new accounts included. With as little founder time as possible.
We build the minimum needed to find, contact and follow up with the right buyers, without turning this into a big software project.
Launch the method and start qualified sales conversations with the accounts on the map.
Find out what actually produced opportunities, and turn the first 90 days into a tested model you can repeat.
Keep the engine running and improving after day 90, so the follow-up doesn't wait for the founder's free afternoon.
Before Build and Launch starts, we write down the target number and what counts as a Qualified Opportunity, and you sign off on both.
90 days
Day 1 starts once the target is on paper. By day 90 you know which accounts, messages and method produced qualified opportunities.
60 days
If we miss the target by day 90, we keep running the agreed method and follow-up at no management fee for up to 60 more days, or until the target is reached, whichever comes first.
What counts as a Qualified Opportunity: a prospective account that fits the agreed target criteria and books or accepts a sales meeting with the person who decides, or asks for a proposal or quote.
Less than you'd expect, by design. The Roadmap needs a few working sessions with you, plus access to the information that matters. After that we handle the research, system design, setup, automation, launch and optimization. Your part: approve messages before anything goes out in your name, complete agreed actions on time, and take the sales conversations worth your time.
No. We start there because it's fastest, then go after new accounts that look like your best clients, with the one method your Roadmap picks: targeted outreach, partnerships, paid ads or search. Outreach goes out in your company's name, from separate addresses, so your main domain stays protected.
Nobody can promise every buyer has budget this year. So a meeting only counts if it's with the person who decides, at an account inside the criteria you approve in writing before day 1. A request for a proposal or quote also counts. A polite "let's stay in touch" never counts. Neither does a meeting with someone who has no say.
You choose what we see: folders, proposals or a CRM export, not necessarily your whole inbox, and you can switch access off at any time. Our team reviews what the AI sorts before it's used. Your data is never used for another client or to train AI models, and it's deleted when we finish. Nothing goes out in your name until you approve the messages.
For Tecniproject, a logistics firm that moves transformers and mining equipment, we ran the invitation campaign for its conference and business roundtable in Rotterdam: a landing page, a flyer, LinkedIn posts and four emails to delegates from 35+ countries. For Comunidad Humana, a therapy practice, we built the site, lead capture, a 14-email follow-up and online booking. Andrés's own studio runs on the outreach, CRM and automation we offer. And the terms protect you: the Roadmap is refunded if you don't feel it gives you a clear and valuable path forward, and if we miss the target, we keep going for up to 60 more days at no management fee.
The 30-minute call is free, and we go through price there, before you buy anything. The Roadmap is paid and comes first. If you don't feel it gives you a clear and valuable path forward, we refund you, and for a limited number of clients it's credited 100% toward Build and Launch. Client Loop is built for businesses where one new client more than covers the 90 days. You also keep the method, tested in your market, for landing the next ones. Bigger website, production or extra-channel work is quoted separately.
The 90-day target counts qualified opportunities, which come well before a signed contract. So a deal that takes a year to close can still start inside the 90 days, and the follow-up keeps it from going cold. If you want that to continue after day 90, that's Operate and Scale. Andrés built his own client base in film and advertising music: few buyers, long cycles.

Andrés Walker founded Client Loop. As a composer, he built his own client base in film and advertising music, a market with few buyers and long sales cycles. Today his studio runs on the outreach, CRM and automation Client Loop installs.
