How Client Loop collects, uses and protects personal data: on clientloopagency.com, when you book a call, when we work with clients and when we contact businesses.
Who we are
Client Loop (clientloopagency.com), based in Santiago, Chile, is responsible for the personal data described here, except the data we process on behalf of our clients under a data processing agreement, for which each client is responsible. For anything related to your data, write to andres@clientloopagency.com.
What we collect
- When you book a call: your name, email, phone, what you write in the form and the time you choose.
- When you browse the site: pages visited, device and browser data, approximate location derived from your IP address, campaign parameters (such as utm_source) and ad click identifiers (such as fbclid or gclid).
- Cookies and similar technologies: the Meta Pixel and, when enabled, Google Analytics, to measure visits and the results of our ads.
- When you work with us: the information you choose to share for the engagement is governed by a data processing agreement signed with each client. We use it only for your engagement. It is never used for other clients, for our own marketing, or to train AI models. Our team reviews what our AI tools organize before it is used. Engagement data is deleted when the engagement ends, as defined in that agreement, and we give you a deletion certificate.
We may keep aggregated statistics about how our service performs, such as reply rates by industry or role. They never identify you, your contacts or anyone else.
If we contacted you on behalf of a client
We sometimes send messages on behalf of a client company, in its name and with its approval. In that case the client is responsible for your data and we process it only on its instructions. Every message includes a simple way to stop receiving them, and we honor it right away. If you want to know where your data came from or ask for it to be deleted, write to andres@clientloopagency.com and we will help, or forward your request to the client.
If we contacted you about our own services
We may contact business professionals whose role suggests our services could be useful to their company. We find this information in public professional sources and in B2B data providers, and we rely on our legitimate interest in offering relevant services to businesses. We never use data from our clients' engagements for this. Every message includes a way to opt out, and we honor it right away. You can also ask what data we hold about you and have it deleted.
What we use it for
- Schedule and hold the call you booked, and send the confirmation and reminders.
- Follow up with you about that call.
- Measure visits, bookings and the performance of our ads, and improve the site.
- Keep the site secure.
- Contact business professionals about our services, and send messages on behalf of our clients, as described above.
We do not sell personal data.
Legal basis
Steps you ask for before a possible contract (booking and holding the call), your consent (cookies where the law requires it, and marketing communications) and our legitimate interest in measuring and securing the site where the law allows it, and in offering our services to businesses. When we contact you on behalf of a client, that client determines the legal basis.
Who processes it for us
- HighLevel (LeadConnector): scheduling and customer records.
- Google: email, Google Meet and, when enabled, Google Analytics.
- Meta Platforms: Meta Pixel and Conversions API, to measure ads.
- Vercel: hosting of this site.
Some of these providers process data in the United States, under the safeguards they offer for international transfers.
For client engagements, additional providers, including our AI provider, are listed in each client's data processing agreement.
How long we keep it
Booking data is kept while there is a business relationship, or up to 24 months without contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Engagement data is deleted when the engagement ends. Data we use to offer our own services is kept for up to 12 months without a reply. If you opt out or ask us to delete it, we keep only your email address, so we never contact you again.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to andres@clientloopagency.com. You can also file a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
Cookies and how to opt out
Use the link at the bottom of every page to accept or reject measurement cookies. Visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom are asked before anything loads. You can also manage cookies in your browser, review your ad settings at facebook.com/adpreferences and opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Minors
This site and our services are meant for businesses and are not directed to people under 18.
